Assembly Instructions

First, securely fix the mounting pole according to the installation location.
Secure the rubber damping pads included in the package as shown in the illustration.
Place the turbine body onto the mounting pole as shown.
Attach the blades to the blade flange, ensuring equal spacing between each blade.
Fix the blades mounted on the flange onto the shaft on the turbine body, aligning them with the shaft key, and secure them using a washer and the special nut.
After completing the blade installation, install the blade cover (nose cone).
Finally, complete the installation of the tail boom and tail.

Maintenance Instructions

The overcharge braking systems of our turbines operate automatically. Due to frequent start-stop cycles and temperature changes throughout the day, blade balance may shift over time. A clear sign of this is vertical vibration of the turbine tail. In such cases, the blade flange should be removed, blade tip distances re-measured, and reinstalled with proper tightening.
During operation, magnetic impacts and oscillation forces may occur. Damping mounts are used to absorb these forces. Additionally, a balance lock mechanism from the hub to the tail strengthens the overall structure.
Over the years, temperature fluctuations may cause bolts to loosen. All turbine and tower mounting bolts should be checked regularly.
The wind turbine generates three-phase AC power, which is converted to DC voltage by the charge controller. Batteries must be connected using solar-grade cables. Since the terminals are made of copper alloys, oxidation may occur at connection points over time and should be inspected periodically.
In stormy conditions, turbine blades may be damaged or broken. Damaged blades must be replaced immediately.
To protect against overvoltage, the wind turbine operates with a dump load system. The resistors in the braking section of the charge controller should be checked regularly.
