REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
At Windua, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days from the date you receive the product.
1. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be uninstalled (not mounted) and unused.
- The original packaging, box, and foam must be undamaged.
- All accessories, user manuals, and side parts must be complete.
- The purchase invoice or order number must be presented.
2. HOW TO START A RETURN?
To start a return, you can contact us at bilgi@windua.com. Once your return request is approved, detailed instructions on how to package the product and which shipping company to use will be sent to you.

Note: Products sent directly without receiving return approval and contacting us will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
3. DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon reception alongside the courier. If there is crushing, breaking, or damage, have a report (Damage Report) drafted immediately and contact us. In cases of damaged delivery, an exchange or refund process will be quickly organized by us.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (EXCEPTIONS)
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Products custom-made or personalized according to the customer's request (e.g., custom-cut cables, special project panels).
- Devices that have been assembled, screwed, or connected to electricity (except those found to be defective by a technical service report).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Discounted (Outlet) items and gift cards.
5. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR EU CUSTOMERS
If your order is shipped to European Union countries; you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. In this case, it is essential that the product has not been installed, is in its original box, and is in a resalable condition.
6. REFUND PROCESS
After your return reaches us and is inspected by our technical team (this period may take 1-3 business days), an e-mail regarding the approval or rejection status will be sent to you.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (Credit Card, etc.) within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to reflect the refund on your account.
