SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
At Windua, we aim to deliver your orders to you in the fastest and safest way. Below you can find detailed information about our shipping processes.
1. ORDER PROCESSING AND PREPARATION TIME
All orders are processed and handed over to the shipping company within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the purchase. You will receive a notification email containing the tracking number when your order is shipped.
This period may rarely extend during campaign periods or for high-demand products. In such a case, you will be informed.
2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
The shipping fee for your order will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products and the delivery address.
- Domestic Shipments (Turkey): Sent via our contracted cargo companies (Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, etc.). Estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days after shipping. (Time may vary for mobile/rural areas).
- International Shipments: For international orders, the delivery time may vary between 5-15 business days depending on the country and customs processes. Customs duties and import costs are the buyer's responsibility.
3. DAMAGED AND MISSING DELIVERIES (IMPORTANT)
The products we sell (Wind Turbines, Solar Panels, etc.) can be sensitive technical equipment. Therefore, shipping safety is essential for us.
Please Note: When receiving the cargo package, inspect the package alongside the courier. If there is crushing, tearing, wetness on the package, or visible damage to the product:
- Do not accept the cargo.
- Have the courier draft a "Damage Assessment Report" (Damage Report).
- Notify us immediately at bilgi@windua.com or via our customer service line.
Since shipping companies do not accept compensation for damaged products without a report, difficulties may be experienced in return and exchange processes.
4. ORDER TRACKING
When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS. You can instantly track the status of your package on the shipping company's website using this number.
