Assembly Instructions

Secure the rubber dampers included in the package as shown in the illustration.
Place the turbine body onto the mounting pole as shown in the picture.
Attach the blades to the blade flange, ensuring equal spacing between all blades.
Mount the blade assembly onto the turbine shaft, making sure it is aligned with the shaft key. Secure it using the washer and the special locking nut.
After completing the blade installation, install the blade cover (nose cone).
Complete the installation of the tail boom and the tail vane.

Maintenance Instructions

Our turbines are equipped with automatic overcharge braking systems. Due to continuous start-stop operation throughout the day and temperature fluctuations, blade balance may change over time. This is indicated by the turbine tail vibrating up and down. In such cases, the blade flange should be removed, the blade tip distances re-measured, and the blades reinstalled and tightened evenly.
During operation, magnetic impacts and oscillation / centrifugal forces may occur. Our damping rubber mounts are designed to absorb these forces. In addition, the system is reinforced with a balance locking mechanism from the center to the tail to ensure structural stability.
Over the years, temperature differences may cause bolts to loosen. Therefore, the tightness of the turbine and mounting pole bolts should be checked regularly.
The wind turbine generates three-phase AC power, which is converted to DC voltage by the charge controller. It should be connected to the batteries using suitable solar cables.
Since the terminal blocks are made of copper alloys, oxidation may occur at cable connection points over time. Terminal connections should be inspected regularly for oxidation.
In stormy weather conditions, wind turbine blades may break. If this occurs, the damaged blades must be replaced.
To protect against overvoltage, the wind turbine operates with a dump load system. The resistors in the braking section of the charge controller should be checked periodically.
